Most software legal teams use was built for other industries first. Project management tools. CRM systems. Generic document editors. Then adapted, with workarounds, for legal contexts.
We started with the legal workflow itself. How matters are organized. How knowledge is built and retained. How teams coordinate across cases. And we built from there.
